Please note, our rates are most accurate on our Airbnb listing which can be found here.
We are happy to offer anyone who would like to come direct to us, the same rates you see on their website for your dates, less the fees Airbnb adds to the reservation, which are about 14% on top of both the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. If you would like our assistance in determining those rates, just ask- we are happy to help.
Our cancellation policy for direct bookings is 50% deposit upon booking, fully refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, the final 50% is due, and the deposit becomes non-refundable. We strictly enforce the cancellation policy as it is very difficult to rebook with short notice.
